Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the winbd88 website, mobile web application, and any associated services operated under the winbd88 brand. By accessing the winbd88 platform at any point — including browsing games, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

winbd88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to Players. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible via the winbd88 website. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged with an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of these Terms (whether produced by winbd88 or a third party), the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

winbd88 operates as an online gaming and sports betting entertainment platform. All games and betting markets available on the platform are for entertainment purposes. winbd88 does not guarantee any financial return on wagers. Players participate entirely at their own risk and should never gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The winbd88 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. winbd88 operates a strict 18+ policy and will never knowingly permit minors to register or use the platform. Age verification is a mandatory condition of account registration and of processing any withdrawal request.
• Residency and Access: You must be a natural person accessing the platform from a location where online gaming services are available to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the winbd88 platform complies with all laws applicable in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are legally prohibited from entering into contracts in their jurisdiction of residence are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the winbd88 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be listed on any government or international sanctions list, and must not have been previously self-excluded from or permanently banned by winbd88 for any reason.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing online gaming services. winbd88 recommends the use of parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites on devices shared with or accessible to minors.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the winbd88 platform — including depositing funds, playing games, and withdrawing winnings — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree that all information provided during registration and any subsequent account updates is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

winbd88 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the winbd88 support team immediately at [email protected].

winbd88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that is harmful to the integrity of the platform or other Players.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

winbd88 processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following local payment methods for Bangladesh Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No international credit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments are currently accepted. All payment processing is conducted in BDT with no currency conversion required for Bangladesh account holders.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the winbd88 platform:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members or associates — are strictly prohibited and will be flagged for investigation.
• winbd88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own standard service charges, which are outside the control of winbd88.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the winbd88 payments team typically within 1–24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
• winbd88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of the source of funds deposited into a Player's account where the amounts deposited are unusually large or otherwise give rise to reasonable concern under anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure designed to protect all Players.
• winbd88 will not process withdrawals to any payment account that does not match the name on the registered winbd88 account. Name mismatches will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold pending satisfactory verification.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account balance, winbd88 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit without prior notice. Playing with a balance that you know to be the result of a platform error is a breach of these Terms.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotion Policy

winbd88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is active. The following general bonus rules apply across all winbd88 promotions:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. winbd88 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, verification status, or deposit method used.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" requirements). The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated on the promotion's dedicated page in plain English. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire according to the timelines stated in each promotion's individual terms. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account balance without further notice.
• Game Weighting: Not all game categories contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page. As a general rule, live casino games and slots may contribute at different rates. Wagering on sports betting markets against bonus funds may be subject to additional restrictions.
• Abuse and Misuse: winbd88 reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any winnings generated using a bonus, and close an account where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions, or registering multiple accounts to claim multiple sign-up offers.

Section 6

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

By placing any wager on the winbd88 platform — whether on a casino game, a live dealer table, a slot title, or a sports betting market — you agree to the following rules governing game conduct and betting behaviour:

• Game Outcomes: All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games on the winbd88 platform use independently certified random number generation technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and are not influenced by the Platform, by previous outcomes, or by any external factor. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical mechanics of the relevant game (cards, roulette wheel, dice) as dealt or spun by the studio's professional dealer in real time.
• Bet Confirmation: A wager is confirmed and binding at the moment you click "Confirm", "Bet", or the equivalent action button. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player. Winnings resulting from confirmed bets will be credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game category and individual game title on the winbd88 platform carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface. Players must not attempt to circumvent stated stake limits through any means.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a network disconnection or device failure during an active game round, winbd88's system will attempt to complete the interrupted round according to the game's standard rules. winbd88 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's network or device failure. Players with unstable connections are advised to use available session management tools.
• Cricket and Sports Betting: Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific settlement rules published in the Cricket section of the winbd88 platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result void, bets will be settled according to the published void and abandonment policy. winbd88 reserves the right to suspend a betting market at any time where integrity concerns arise.
• Prohibited Betting Activity: The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets is strictly prohibited. Exploitation of software errors, latency advantages, or pricing anomalies is also prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and voiding of all affected bets.

winbd88 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where there is reasonable evidence of rule violation, technical error, collusion, or fraudulent activity. Void bets will be refunded at the original stake value only, with no winnings paid.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

winbd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time of request
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, or match-fixing activity
• Use of the platform in a manner that winbd88 determines to be harmful to other Players or to the integrity of the platform
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or other payment irregularities
• A Player being found to be under 18 years of age at any point
• A Player being subject to a court order, bankruptcy proceeding, or other legal restriction relevant to their use of the platform

Where an account is closed by winbd88 for cause (i.e., in response to a breach of these Terms), any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where winbd88 determines that the balance was accrued through fraudulent means, the balance will be forfeited. Where the balance was legitimately earned, it will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of the investigation.

Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform (see Section 8) will have their account permanently locked for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the self-exclusion period has expired will not be processed under any circumstances.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming
